Affirmative-time not mentioned per when you saw it flying 40 off. Guy, never met, @ that time on phone said he lived S. of Tuscon seasonally, stated ranch there seasonally. He sent 2 A+P's from Great Falls for inspection, pre-buy. Fine run-up, 1st weekend of May, 8-9 yrs. ago. Then wings off, loaded it up, assisted. A+P used to be in Portland. Afterwards, contacted the other, said "move out here" + then also relocated to G.F. One was 6' 8" - other was 5' 6". Hence never met the AZ - MT buyer. He told me he flew a Pilatus near Tucson. How long ago did you fly the 40 off + then there? Still there? If I'd of deferred sending a message out your way, I'd of never seen this photo. Wow. So, you in Butte or, via other message from Post Falls, in Spokane? Thanks.
1st bld. 701 w/ 914, sold 10 yrs. ago, don't know if still in Twin Bridges. Have 2 other curent EAB's- one 601XLB. If in Butte, stop to eat there when visiting friends 1 x /yr. in Stevensville. Could stop for a cup, iced tea if in Butte, but if Spokane, more rare of a stop.
Hi Sheldon, I hear you are in Spokane. I live in Post Falls. I am building A Zenith 701. You spoke to Darrel and Paul the other day at Felts. They both said your plane looked great. If you get a chance please give me a call. My number is (509) 599-9477.
Thanks
Vance
