I did have a 3300 with the Rotec TBI. After much experimenting, I believe I finally did get a air feed that worked. The problem of course is that getting reasonably consistent mixture in all cylinders is very difficult. The last approach I used was to have the intake vertical. There are some pictures of this on www.n708hu.com, see picture 1066.
I no longer have the 3300. after the through bolt thing, I finally gave up. I now have a Honda with a Viking gear box. It is nice not to worry about temperatures.
Any luck on those drawings?
