Steve,
You can move your mouse pointer to top of page to "members", then click on locate members. Once the new window comes up you can search just by state. You'll have to click on each member to check their status. You may have to search surrounding states to find what you are looking for. Sometimes its easier contacting a member directly, rather that a request on a forum post. You could fly with me but I'm afraid I'm a little further than you would want to drive (Maryland).
