Alright who is the dynon wizard? Helping finish a 801 with vertical power electrical system and dynon skyview. Surely not the first to have this set up

Not a Dynon, but I put a GMU-11 magnetometer in the rear fuselage section of my 801.   No interference.  Works great.  Let me know if you want location pics.

can't speak specifically for the 801, but they usually go behind a rear seat or bulkhead because there's far less chance of magnetic or electronic/RF interference back there, and it's usually far easier to get them perfectly level there.

Im just getting familar with the set up. Was wondering where people mounted the ADAHRS, ive seen behind panel and behind back seat. Pro/cons to each?

I'm fairly familiar with Dynon installations, but if you have a detailed question, it might be better to post it on the Dynon forum where more homebuilders can contribute, and where other builders are more likely to benefit from the information.
