Online Community of Zenith Builders and Flyers
The Zenith Builders Resources page seems to show the MA-5 cylinders on the right side of the fuselage which would infer that the MA-4 cylinders go on the left. Is this correct? Are there one way valves that will still allow one side to work if there is a master or line failure?
Comment
If your MA-5 and MA-4 cylinders are anything like ours, where they feed the same brake caliper, I believe braking will be lost for that caliper (wheel) if there's a loss of oil from either cylinder or in the line.
I run the left side cylinders direct to the wheels. If there is a failure between the right and left cylinders you will still have brakes.
