I needed to block up the fuselage after removing the rivets and bolts. The right side was off just a bit, I had problems on the left. Must have been an original manufacturing issue ...

Seat Angles. This is the Console/Seat Pan angle. I used the original as a template to mark the existing holes and set a new rivet pitch for some fresh holes.

Back drilled into the seat pan first. I had left the other Console/Seat Panel attached to get an accurate measurement, I was right at 120mm for the Console width. Waited until I reinstalled the Center Spar to drill the Console side panel, the original holes are visible.

Since the Center Spar is taller due to the Top Doubler, the Console needed some trimming indicated by the black mark.

My 2x4 assistant. I had to use the Right Angle drill attachment and needed some support. The 2x4 is between the torque tube and the Console side.

Rear Attachment Uprights. I realized that my Rear Uprights needed to be Upgraded to .063. I followed the same steps used for the Front Uprights, but used the Center Spar as the drill guide for the Spar bolt holes.

Installing the A5 rivets on the back side of the Center Spar presented a challenge. I had already repainted using Rustoleum Professional. I had planned a Spartan Interior and used Rustoleum in case I ever had to make any repairs. If you look at some early pictures there are many scratches.

The Center Spar installed, but there is something missing ...

I had forgotten the Z angle. This was very easy.

Bucking Station revision. Clamping the hitch to the vise didn't work well. Using it as it appears in the picture worked very well. I was able to buck all the solid rivets.
