First you need about three arms to hold the tire up and the o ring and then bolt everthing together
I have not had trouble with most but one i have been working on right know goes flat all the time , i do plan on putting tubes in it
the main issue is the rubber o-ring , if you look at it close you will see a little manufactering line in the seal , you need to make sure there is no twist in the o-ring and the little line (actually a mold line ) is not holding the seal off the wheel and letting it leak
I used lots of baby powder putting mine together
they can be frustrating
