Here's the follow up report on a successful 2012 EAA AirVenture "Oshkosh" Fly-In Convention.  Attendance appeared to be good, with strong interest in our aircraft.  We enjoyed meeting with both new and old Zenith builders!

A little more behind the scenes, I met with other kit manufacturers and suppliers at AirVenture:

Zenith Aircraft Company is a charter member of AKIA, the Aircraft Kit Industry Association, a new organization “to represent aircraft kit manufacturers, designers, suppliers and supporters with a unified voice in the promotion and safety of the aircraft kit industry.”  Members will work together to help promote pilot safety, which has been targeted recently by the NTSB, and, working together with other organizations such as EAA, develop programs to help pilots obtain better training.
