Hey Trav. I was hitch-hiking down the #1 the other day and I think I saw a bunch of them scattered on the shoulder. Had I know what they were I'd have picked them up for ya. Next time my two stroke quites and I'm walking I'll keep my eyes open!!

Having drove LTL truck for about 12 of a 25 year driving career, rule 1: note all damage before signing. I'm glad you got a picture. I'm not sure if Purolator is like UPS or FedEx with dump it at the door and run. I know if I had to sign for it, I personally would have refused it.

Yep count them and call ACS in Toronto. They are a great group and should make it right. I have asked ACS from TO to ship Express Mail FOB Canada, it is cheaper and just as fast -- no issues.

Don't guess - count them. You know what you ordered I assume. Did you or purolator note on your waybill the damage and potential lose?? You need to contact ACS as soon as possible. Send them an email with a copy of this picture and the amount of clecos you are short. They should tell you either what you need to do for a claim, or they will replace them at no charge. Good luck and hope you resolve this quickly.

Did you count them. I can't believe that they delivered it that way. Who is Purolator? I don't think I'll be using them. I've recieved lots of orders from Aircraft Spruce and I've never had a problem. Good luck.
