Does anybody know the best way to cut the hole in the slat (of a 750 stol) for the landing light.
Thanks in advance for any ideas?

Hi Tony,
Thanks so much for the advice, Tony. I think that I will proceed that way.
Thanks again,
Doug
Hi Doug,
I drilled four radius holes in the corners and then ran an Olfa knife between the holes. This worked well for me. Tried a Dremel but I found it a bit of a handful - not enough experience on this tool. As a complete beginner I found the Olfa knife simpler to use and easier to guide.
Cheers,
Tony
Thanks John. I really appreciate the information.
Great video, Frank! Thanks so much. I really appreciate it.

Hi Doug! John Croke made a U-tube presentation on this subject in his Homebuilt Help Tip #14 which can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-hGigHoKUoI&feature=youtu.be Might help you. Frank
