lycoming engine mount isolators
hi all,
any one with a lycoming O235 or O320
what rubber isolators are u using for dynafocal
mfgr and stock #
called zenith , they only sell cowling and mounts for lycoming, no accessories.
roger reccomend pacific molded tech vip-5040-2-5
but their phones are disconnected and website down.
seems like the rubbers are 2 3/4 or 3 1/8

yes thank s for the info. acs said they had 12 isolators. left in stock. apparently vip who makes these went out of business. their web page and phones gone/disconnected.

I used these https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/eppages/dynosandwich.php from spruce on my o-235 mount with a Yo-233 engine on my 650B. It's not running yet, maybe in a few weeks but it mounted perfectly.

just checked with aircraft spruce. the have 12 isolators left VIP 50402-5
not listed online
they will confirm the diameter and get back to me.

doing internet search, found that the vip 50402-5 rubber isolators cross reference to
lord J-7402-16. $148.75 x4
barry 94150-01. $117.75 x4
avbl aircraft spruce and in stock. need to call to verify diameter.
hope this helps anyone using a lycoming and zenith mount.

The mounts zenith sells for the lycomings use a 2 1/4 dia rubber mount. w steel bushings.
