Cracked open the rudder kit this afternoon for a quick inspection of parts. Will hopefully start building Sunday or Monday. Noticed that there were some pieces listed in the exploded parts breakout on the plans that were not on the packing list...75R2-1, 75R2-2, 75R2-8 and 75R2-9. Thinking I need to call Zenith on Tuesday to make sure these pieces are not supposed to be in the kit.
Comment
Keep in mind that the rudder for the CH-750 is cross compatible with the CH-701. Some of the missing part numbers might have 701 part numbers on them but be functionally identical. The 701 part numbers are 7RX-X (X being page and part number).
Best of luck with your build. Be prepared to put it together and take it apart several times before final riveting. It boggles the mind how many times you have to re-assemble things before final assembly.
