We believe these photos are from Kurdistan, but we're unsure of the source and where they were taken, nor what the event was.

Yes,highways do make niece runways. Not so long ago a Ran's ( did I just say a nasty word) landed on Lake Shore Drive in Chicago. I don't think those folks had a friendly Chicago Police force to greet them. Chicago Police never smile, well almost never.
