IT is nice to have help in the shop during the wing installation. Here we see Ryan using his head and after some whining we installed some foam cut offs from the seats on his head.

Wing installation is quite simple, install main spars to cabin frame so that they are centered and equal on both sides, then drill with a 1/8 th drill bit. Leave drill bit in place an repeat for other main spar, once again leave drill bit in place, this locks the spars in place. Now string fishing line along the top side of the wings and add weight to both ends. You are now trying to set 0 sweep to the wing by adjusting the rear spar attachment such that the fishing line is directly over both wings spar rivet line. With both wings rivet lines directly below fishing line you can lock in the rear spar with two more drill bits. Now the wings are set in the sweep and you can move onto the dihedral. Roughly set the struts so that you have about 80mm between the top of rib 1 and the fishing line. Once you are close on both sides you can lock in the bottom of the struts leaving room for final adjustment on the top of the struts. Ensure that you use a drill pess to ensure that the holes are straight.
