wing tip for a 750
Having problems with the plastic wing tip on a 750 Any suggestion on how to reenforce the tip to keep the rivets from tearing out?

We left the smallest rib out as the skin is bent at such a small radius it doesn’t need the rib’s support.

I epoxied strips of aluminum to the inside edge. I drilled the holes then glued and clecoed.

fiberglass a thin strip of aluminum along the inside edge for the rivets to grab.
