Probable could be done , but the center tunnel is part of the structure and should. Not be changed. So you would be sitting like on a saddle on a horse, not the worst thing. Definitely would need the ‘’beanie mod ‘’to get head clearence.
If you make the adjustments make sure to post some pics, there’s are others with the same problem
