Quality Sport Planes 701 at R/C gathering in Northern Calif
QSP was invited to fly into a rc airplane contest in Ukiah Calif. Their strip is very nice - it is 700 ft long and all grass - in the middle of a grape orchard about 5 miles north of Hopland, Calif. and 5 miles south of Ukiah, Calif. right off the 101 highway.

I also fly RC planes. I have family in that part of california. Nice to know that the 701 had no problem with the 700' runway. My neighbor has offered me 600' of runway on his property. I am still building my 701.

Hmmmm. I'm thinking a 4 channel remote and some autopilot servos connected to the 701..... :-)
