The tripod was set up to capture the landing, so unfortunately most of the take off is missed. The landing is on the first 300 ft of the airstrip.

Mike,
I'm in the Tampa Bay area. I used to ahve my plane at an airport nearby, but nothing beats having it in the barn. I can fuel up and pre-flight in the evening, then head out first thing.

Hey Sebastian!
What part of the world is your strip located? I would love to have my own strip, but for now it's only a three minute drive to the airport.
Mike
Hi Sebastian,
I left the curved aluminum as per plans, cut some high density foam to fit curvature underneath and left the top fairly flat. My wife made the covers with a zipper to remove and wash occasionally....The backs and seats are separate pieces and are held in position with velcro glued to the aluminum and the other side sewed to the seat covers. Hope this helps.
