The engine is rated at 130hp. Keep in mind that this is a brand new engine that is not broken in and will probably produce 130+ after it is. New engines have more drag before the brake in process is complete. We have tested several well-known engines and most are around 10 %short even after brake in. I am sure if I test this exact engine on full synthetic oil after the first 20 hours it will produce 130+ I am very pleased with the results!
