ULPower UL260i in CH650 Testing Underway.
We are flying the UL260i in a 601/650 and it is working very well. A few more hours of data collecting for performance and propeller settings and we will refine as necessary for production of the FWF kit. Check our progress at flywithgus.net

Hi Jay, a UL260i is a 95hp four cylinder, aircooled, horizontally opposed, direct drive, aircraft engine from ULPower in Belgium. (www.ulpower.com) It comes with Bosch/Audi VW electronic fuel injection and electronic ignition. I am developing a FWF package for 601/650s as it is a very light engine and seems to have good power. The "hang on the mount" weight with all accessories, baffles, and prop is under 170lbs. More details to come as flying continues.
Oh yeah, my great videographer is the famous Jon Croke of HomebuiltHELP.com. I try to get him to video as much as he can while he is here taping the 750 DVD series.

Empty weight is 712 lbs, Performance shows a 130mph cruise at sea level. Still need to climb it up to see what it will true at. Climb is around 900fpm at 70mph, 850 at 60 with avery high climb angle, and 800 at 95mph, excellent cruise climb.
