Zenith Aircraft Company’s 35th annual Homecoming — Open Hangar Days and Fly-In — returns to the Zenith kit aircraft factory in Mexico, Missouri, for two full days of airplanes, education, camaraderie and fun. The Zenith Homecoming is the premier annual gathering for Zenith builders, owners, pilots and aviation enthusiasts, bringing the Zenith community together at the factory where the airplanes are designed and manufactured.

Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19. Fly in or drive in, and plan to spend both days with us in Mexico, Missouri. All aviation enthusiasts are welcome, and Zenith builders and owners are especially encouraged to attend and participate. Beginning Friday morning, the schedule will feature a variety of educational seminars, demonstrations and hands-on workshops covering aircraft engines, avionics, maintenance, aircraft construction and more.

Throughout the weekend, visitors can tour the Zenith Aircraft factory, check out a wide variety of Zenith airplanes, meet fellow builders and pilots, gain hands-on aircraft-building experience and enjoy flying demonstrations, including STOL flying. Friday evening will feature our popular informal Zenith BBQ banquet outdoors on the factory ramp, surrounded by airplanes and friends, along with special guests and plenty of door prizes. We’ll gather again late Saturday afternoon for an outdoor dinner to wrap up another memorable Homecoming.

Free camping is available for those flying or driving to the event. Camp beside your airplane or bring your camper or RV and stay right at the airport. The designated RV camping area is conveniently located directly behind the Zenith factory, putting campers just a short walk from all the Homecoming activities.

Zenith builders and flyers: this is YOUR event, and we encourage you to be part of it!
