701 Fuselage

hey all,

just wondering what a reasonable price is for a used 701 fuselage?  i have a 1995 701 with about 800 hours on airframe. aircraft was still in flying condition when i parked it. i realize wear and tear, etc will impact the price but just looking for an idea of where to start.
