Almost new set of 1200# (Zenair/Czech style) floats scratch built by Robert McNaught AME specifically for the CH701.

Robert is a meticulous scratch builder who has built several aircraft and many sets of floats from plans and kits for himself and other people. He currently owns a 701 on straight floats so he knows the aircraft well. (He is a member here.)

This set of floats is tight!! The have no damage history or repairs (all logs available) and come ready to bolt right on a 701. They are zinc chromate treated inside, and external surface is finished in white 2 part aircraft paint.

All structural joints are solid riveted, with the skins a mixture of solid and blind rivets.

Small storage area in each float (ropes, small gear, etc)

They can be used on any other aircraft up to 1350# if desired but may need some modifications to the mounting struts and brackets.

Includes full set up with dual rudders, all flying wires and struts, front and rear mounting brackets, all cables. (for 701)

Zenair current price on the 1150# straight float kit in USD is $7500 kit. $2575 rigging, $625 rudder kit.

And......you still need to build, finish, and fit them.
