I looked around for his contact info but i cant find anything. I bought float plans from him...i will check in my shop for some contact info there.
But here is his profile on this site. Doesn't look like he's active at all on the site.

No I have not built floats for the 701. Life got in the way, plane on hold for now. lol

I'm assuming you have finished your 701. I intended on building from scratch, but started with partial kits in 2011. I have always been curious, allowing for great variability of peoples skills and time applied to a project, how long it would really take to build from plans. How long did it take you?
