Online Community of Zenith Builders and Flyers
Hi,
I am about to install my windshield, top glass, and door bubbles. I have peeled the sticky paper off as best I can, but there is a LOT of adhesive residue left behind. I am curious what others have used to remove the residue. I have searched the forums, but can’t find an answer. The common adhesive removers ( Goo Gone, Goof Off) are not recommended for acrylics. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks

Thanks. Had no idea who made them. Thank you for the info, I’ll give them a call. I just thought maybe someone on the forum would have an idea. Apparently not.
Try WD40 and let it sit overnight
Worked for me after I bought 2 new doors because of scratches by the first removing trial. Light heat might also help. Good luck. Been there, done that.
Thanks Fred!
