Working on my 750 STOL wings and it’s the first piece with a few A-6 rivets. I bought my pneumatic and hand rivet pullers from Zenith and they have the modified nose pieces that dome the rivet heads for A-4 and A-5 rivets, but nothing for A-6. Do I need to make/order a domed puller for the A-6 rivets, or do I pull them with the flat nose? I’m sure this is answered somewhere already, but I couldn’t pull up anything with a search. Thanks for any help,

Keith

you just use the flat head

I took a tapped out old hand riveter and made another concave head for the dozen or so A6 (3/16) rivets in 750 (none in 701). I think you use a 135 deg drill bit, no marks on rivet, no marks on skin and you are good to go. spin it in your drill press with some scotchbrite to make it nice.
