for those that have built the 601-HD or HDS, with the battery mounted behind the seats, where have you run the battery cable? Through the center tunnel or through the seat pan.

Both options look good. I ran mine outside of the cabin in left center wing.

This brought the power right up to my bus bar on the lower right side of my panel. I also slipped some vinyl tubing over the cable to protect it from chaffing.

I ran a # 8 Red Positive thru the center tunnel, Ground was a braided strap from the negative to frame with a # 10 also ran down the co-pilot side for a isolated ground for my electronics.
