Hey guys,

So I have been running my engine on the ground.
I was noting a lot of bugs etc... Stuck on the leading edge and the back side.

What is a good wax/coating/cleaner to clean and protect my prop?

Thoughts???

I use "Wash Wax All" and one of those no-scratch scrubbers to clean the prop, followed by any good carnuba wax.

You need to get it up high enough where there are no bugs.

Lemmon Pledge  works great for  cleaning the bugs off the  windshield, cropsters  buy in the case @ Walmart.

So every time they fuel and load up on water , the can of pledge comes out, for the bugs on the  prop, visor.& wings.

Also heard a mail  hauler say,    they  also used Lemon Pledge on the leading edge to help prevent icing.

So take your pick, winter or summer..........must profess, that I have never tried pledge for icing ,and never will!
