After I initially mounted my doors, I found it difficult to close and latch the doors ... you had to grab some part of the latching system/rods to pull the door down, and then the forward latch is just a flat lever that is awkward to grasp to pull and fully seat the door against the frame and rotate the latch at the same time!

I elected to install a door pull handle about 2/3's the way back and added a small "L" to the forward latch handle so you can curl your fingertips behind it and easily be able to pull inward on the latch handle. I powdercoated them red for a reason - I figure if I have a passenger unfamiliar with the latching system, I can simply tell them "Pull the door down and closed with the rear red handle and then rotate the forward red handle down to latch." The color-coding makes it so simple that even I could follow those directions! LOL!
