DUC propeller clearance, 750 Cruzer, Viking 130

Got the propeller mounted on the engine, but there is only 4.75 inches of clearance between the prop tip and the ground.

Searching around I found a post from Alissa that the minimum clearance is 5 inches.  The documentation provided by DUC states it is 250mm (9.8 inches).

I'm very curious what clearance other people have found on their builds.  Has anyone else run into this issue?  What was the fix?  Is the 5 inches minimum spec acceptable?

I added a nosegear spacer on my Cruzer from Viking for additional clearance +3 inches.

I added couple inches to nose wheel strut tube.
