Dynon radios

Check out the new Dynon radio. It interfaces with the Dynon Skyview glass panel. Seems like a reasonable price too.

Yes, like many of you, we've been waiting for this and we ordered ours recently to try integrate in our instrument panel kits and to try out.

I'm curious if this radio has any utility without the Skyview. Obviously its major advantage is when used with the Skyview but I like the form factor so am curious about using it as a standalone unit. Anyone know?
