Online Community of Zenith Builders and Flyers
For the 5th ed Cruzer, which has the same flap motor set up as the SD, when I attach the motor to the mount it is a tight fit. With the mount held flat on the bench with one hand if I grab the end of the actuator I can only move it by +/- 0.5". Basically I can wiggle it a little. Is that normal or should it move more than that?
(Edit: I'm not sure why the forum is rotating my pics 90 degrees)

I heard from Zenith. The motor should move freely. I ground of enough of the steel to free up the motor and it works fine now. Just have to repaint it.
