Online Community of Zenith Builders and Flyers
I built this crate...pulled it to Mexico, MO to pick up my CH-750SD component kits...fuselage, rudder, and empennage the first trip...everything else the second trip. The kits fit in the crate fine.
It's now just taking up floor space in my hangar. I would like to see someone take it back to the Zenith factory to pick up their kit(s). No charge...as in FREE...just come and get it. I'll help you load it on your trailer. Approximate interior dimensions: 14' long, 48" wide, 32" deep.
The crate is located at KWEA (Hudson Oaks, TX)...20 minutes west of downtown Fort Worth.

If you don't get any takers, put it against a wall, remove the side facing in towards the hangar, use the side pieces to make shelving for storage of airplane parts and other stuff, and use the top for a nice long workbench. That's what I did with my Zenith factory crate.
I’d be interested if nobody else has yet stepped forward.
We’re planning to build a 750 (deciding STOL vs Cruzer) and I have already built a 601XL. Doing the factory pick up would be a fun adventure.
I live at Bourland Field (50F), which is just 13 miles from KWEA.
