So I am working on the fuel system and shopping for a fuel valve . I have looked at those available from Aircraft Spruce. I am thinking about a duplex valve supply and return. The Newton and Adair all state not for fuel injected engines . I hope someone has dealt with this issue and can advise me on what will work.

Newton & Andair both have duplex valves that will will work on fuel injected engines . They are pricey & there are questions of a long waiting period . Having said all that give Herman Eshuis a call @ (386) 690-4239  , I talked to him at Zenith this last friday & he is a wealth of info !!   happy hunting !

Would the Newton V9 work?

So I contacted Hermann and he said the V9 would work and sent drawings.

I contacted Newton via Info @ yad yad and they replied that they still made the valve and that one could be shipped to A.S. with the next shipment if that was an issue contract them and "We will sort it"  Contacted the A.S accounts guy and he  said order it it will take 10 days or so and I have ordered it.

SO that's where it stands. I really appreciate the comments.

Thank you both

Rick

I have the 350i fitted in a 650, I use the Andair fuel pumps and also the FS2020 valve, never had any issues.

I did some research and I just purchased a Groco FV-65037-A duplex valve. ~$305 + shipping ($20). It has NPT threads in the brass body but you will just need NPT to AN6 ( if you are using Aircraft Specialties fuel lines) but they are readily available at racing or industrial vendors. The caution with using this valve is that you will specifically have to mark the lever position for the tanks and off position and IF you remove the handle you can put it back on incorrectly so you will not have the same fuel flow path as before. This valve is used on marine applications with fuel injection engines that have return fuel lines. The mounting is also different, and takes up a bit more space than those Adair or Newton valves. I will be mounting mine in the console NOT between the seats, there just isn't enough room in there.
