Lycoming O-360-A1G6D

Engine disassembled, cleaned and ready for overhaul. Good crankshaft. Crank has 8130 and was balanced and polished. Case zygloed. Needs camshaft and lifters. The nitrided cylinders haven't been inspected, but could very well be overhauled.

This model has the horizontal carburetor and the single "double" magneto. Carb, mag, nitride cylinders not inspected. Includes flywheel.

I have the logbook that goes back to year 2000. It came off a flight training Beech Duchess aircraft from Arizona.

This engine is an ideal candidate for an electronic fuel injection and ignition system. I was looking at using the EFII setup. Instead of using this engine I bought a Viking 170 hp engine.

I am asking $10,000. At this time I have an ad on Trade A Plane and Barnstormers.

If the cylinders can be overhauled, this will make a very economical engine. Even without using the old cylinders and buying new the price is hard to beat.

Still for sale! Price reduced to $8500, losing money on it.

Sure would like to keep it and put it in an RV-9 or RV-14, would be an ideal engine for that with the variable prop. Of course it would make a great engine for an 801.
