Those with a Jabiru 3300a First Gen, are y'all ok with the Napa Gold 1394 oil filter?

Pete Krotje at the former Jabiru USA used to always recommend that filter for Jabiru engines - never heard him mention that the Gen 1's needed a different filter.  I used them for years in my late Gen 2 engine without problems, but eventually switched to a Hiflofiltro HF 128 simply because it has a much heavier metal shell and seems to be very high quality and also has a relatively low casing height that works well since I also have a thermostatic oil cooler adapter on my engine.
