OK computer gurus how do I change the picture from the one that is shown to a new picture. Tried several times to no avail...soooo I'm lost.

Hi Phil, Are you going to the "settings" menu? There should be "choose file" button that allows you to select a new photo. If that isn't working you may have to contact John Austin, he may have better guidance.
