plans built, scratch build

I know that the plans for the 750 are quite new, but I have heard of people building 750's. How is this possible? I live just around the corner from the Zenair plant in Midland, and I do know that they have tooled up to build the KIT components for the 750. Is there any scratch or KIT builders in my area?

Mark, the plans are more then a little " as you say, quite new " since they are not available. I actually placed a retail order for the vary first set of plans, the morning the new plane was first introduced at the show in Oshkosh. I spoke to the factory a few weeks ago, and not only are they not as yet available, she could not even give me an ETA.

As for those who are already in the building process http://www.ch750.ca/ they are purchased in kit form.
