I have a Sensenich Model 76EM8S5-0-60 that I inherited from a friend.  Will this be an appropriate propellor for the CH750 Cruzer?  I am leaning towards a Viking 130 HP motor when plane is ready for power.

Not sure of bolt patterns, diameter, rotation, etc., but you better have pretty big tires to swing a 76 inch prop on a Cruzer.

I understand.  I'm a complete novice here, it being my first airplane build.  I won't be ready to mount motor and propellor until probably March 2024, so I have plenty of time to learn the critical details such as what you're pointing out to me.  Really appreciate your input.

Typically we use a 3 blade DUC propeller or Whirlwind - we use a bolt pattern like the Rotax 912. The Cruzer will typically use a 70-71" propeller with the Viking 130, unless you are doing a big tire Cruzer setup - then 75"

I will likely follow your lead with the 3-blade prop on the Viking 130HP.

By the way, I saw a YouTube video from Viking suggesting a new GM motor plant, from the 2024 Chevy 3 cylinder turbo engine in their new car.

FAA requires 7” from prop tip to ground. I had to send my prop back to Sensenich to have them trim it 2” (1” each tip).
