Anyone in SoCal or any part of the world building from plans or thinking of doing so?  Loads of fun and a great sense of accomplishment.  Need loads of clecos and other metal working machinery.  I am looking to sell all or part, lost medical.  if interested I will email for full description and photos of 601 B including engine.

Third plans built airplane and never a dull moment.

The first two aircraft I built were  LongEzs one now flying in Australia, that one is about to undergo a major modification to a twin engine jet powered machine.  The whole aircraft has been laser scanned in three dimensions by the new owner and now lives in cad files.  The accuracy to plan dimensions: airfoils, sweep, taper. twist, butt line, water line. and is symmetrical all within 1mm.  This was accomplished with a transit, 6' level, string line and a water level! Could have not hoped for such accuracy with as much hotwire and hand carving as the airframe required, NOT A PFORMED OR DRILLED KIT. 

THE 601B was constructed with the same loving care!  All airframe parts are ready for final assembly.  Experienced in shipping world wide!!  Less expensive than you may think to ship a 20' container with lots of room to spare.
