This may be a dumb question, but I figure I'd ask. Why can't you install a single wing strut on the STOL 750, like the Cruiser 750? The designs seem similar enough. Any thoughts?

The internal structure of the wing has to be designed for a single strut to resist torsion, etc. The STOL 750 and the Cruzer have totally different wings and airfoils.

Your STOL CH750 has a front spar and rear spar wing design. The design is for 2 struts attached to both the front and rear spars, with jury struts approx. mid point on the struts also attached to the spars. Anything else will result in wing failure in flight.

To be even more blunt than the previous two responses......... Why not? Because you will kill yourself unless you hire a very good engineer to design a significantly different wing structure for you. Even then you will have an untested one-off design of unknown durability or reliability.
