Online Community of Zenith Builders and Flyers
Hi All,
I have the new landing axel for bigger tires and am wondering where to buy the complete set with hubs and brakes included? my plane does not currently have any brake set up so I am thinking of hydraulic however I also have to take cost into factor to some degree any info on this subject is greatly appreciated.

Since this is the Open Forum and not model-specific, it might be helpful to mention which model of Zenith aircraft you have.

Thank you, its a ch 701
Hi John. You could piece it all together yourself, but I’ve had very good experiences with Zenith in MO by calling them, describe what you need, and they will pull together a complete brake and tire kit for you at a reasonable cost. Have you notified them you own the kit now? You’ll need to sign a form for them before they will support you with parts but well worth it.
yes, they have sent me many parts so far and my goal is to get it into the air and then worry about the new gear. these units are expensive to build but so satisfying as well to see it come together !! hoping to have it done for the spring! have a great day!! John
