I just finished 750 transition training with Greg Miller. It was well worth the time and cost. We flew 7.1 hours over two days. Greg kept the training focused and did not waste any time. His instructions and critics were right on target. I strongly recommend you attend his training.

Where is he located?

He is located at Licking County airport about 25 miles east of Columbus OH.  I flew into Columbus airport from Portland OR.  Plenty of places to stay and eat.

Thank you for the information. It's good to know where to get the training.

I could not find anyone else that conducts this training.

Before I purchased my 701 I flew for about an hour with a CFI to help get familiar with the plane and have done all the subsequent flying on my own. I "DO NOT" recommend doing it this way, because these aircraft flying and handle so different from any other aircraft I've flown transition training would have been a very prudent way to go.
Although I'm managing to learn the plane rather successfully I still would highly recommend flying with someone who knows what they're doing in these planes.
