Has anyone had issues with coolant leaking at the radiator quick connect? On first coolant fill a leak was detected at the disconnect. A slow but unacceptable leak. Is there something that can be done to make sure the "O" ring is seated properly? Lubricant? Sealant?? New fitting?

Suggestions?

Bob,

I would remove the o ring, check and clean it and the mating surfaces and use waterproof grease on the o ring.

Thanks Glenn,

I will give that a try. I released the fitting to inspect. It seems good, bud I will add lube and try again.
