I’m configuring a Dynon 120 to a Viking 130. Would someone have the numbers for red line, yellow and green arcs of
tach
oil and fuel pressure
oil and coolant temp
volts
amps
and the pulse/rev value?

Hey Rick - 1 pulse per revolution. I think toward the back of the POH I sent some time ago also has this information in it for our 650:
Engine Monitoring Parameters
Coolant Temperature |
180-220F (220F max) |
Coolant System Pressure |
4-5 psi |
Gearbox Oil Temperature |
100-180F (never exceed 200F) |
Oil Pressure |
20-80 PSI |
Fuel Pressure |
43 PSI (42-47 nominal) |
RPM Idle |
1450-1700 |
RPM Cruise |
4200-5200 (5600 redline) |
Voltage |
Above 13.4 (13.8-14.3 in flight) |
Jan,
So why does the Viking View RPM switch to a flashing, highlighted "150 MPH" at 5100 RPM? That is what I had been taking as "Red Line".
I'm not sure I understand. Do you have pictures or can you elaborate? -Alissa
Next time I go up I'll get photos or video. Somewhere around 5100-5200 the RPM numbers on the VV change to "150 MPH" in the highlighted reverse style used when something is out of bounds. I always took that to mean that an overspeed of the engine or prop was nearing (some sort of Vne setting in the computer?). I usually cruise at 4600-4800 anyways.
