I did a quick search and FWIW, Wikipedia says there are only 4 registered in Canada, it's not currently in production, and Zenith Aircraft never offered kits or plans. We have a limited number of potential new forums that could be added to the Ning software platform, so seems that there would be little utilization of one of our precious Forum slots. I think the best option is to continue to discuss the Zipper in the Open Forum and be sure to put "Zenair Zipper" in the subject line and that will make it easily searchable to others interested in this aircraft.
However, if there is sufficient demand from a number of builders and flyers of Zippers, starting a new Forum could always be revisited.
