These 1450 Floats Are BIG
Here I am trying my best to look like a Zenair factory Tech. The walk way is 14 ft X 5 inches and is rivet spliced together. The walk way will be left clecoed until last as the hydraulic lines for gear and brakes install under the walkway. The walk way gets the anti-slip tape treatment when finally installed. The floats are 15 1/2 ft long X 27 inches wide at the step. As soon as I stop admiring my finished float I had best get cracking on the 2nd float... they work best in pairs!

Anti slip tape is sold by Aircraft Spruce. Search "tape".

looking good...Where is the 2nd one ??? About that anti-tape, where do you get it ???
I need some for my floats too...Don't know where I can get it ...
