The saw horses are from Menards, model is Toughbuilt C420, got them last spring for $30 each, saw a recent price of around $40. I like the adjustable height, can work under the wing easier when at its maximum but still lower it when I start the fuselage. As far as leveling and removing twist I found I could level my saw horses easier than my table (needed table for custom cutting skins anyway). I used a stanley bostitch adjustable vial torpedo level to be sure the spar was at a consistent angle, before drilling the spar line I attached the same torpedo level to a 4' level and zeroed the adjustable vial and checked each rib station for twist, shimmed saw horses as needed. For trailing edge sag I used 10# test fishing line stretched from tip to root on the rear spar, the fishing line was lifted from the surface of the wing with some scrap L angle with 20mm flanges, then using a ruler measure at each wing station (rear spar rivet line) verify fishing line is 20mm from skin, shim trailing edge as needed and recheck for twist. I'll post a picture of the level.

where do you get these nice sawhorses?  Also when you final rivet do you put back on your known level bench to keep the twist out?
