Absolutely gorgeous, J.P.  Congratulations on such a beautiful job.  You've inspired me to do something similar with my 701 - just because the outside looks like a Land Rover, no reason the inside can't look like a Jaguar!

Just to be clear, the vinyl is the "carbon fiber".  The wood is real wood veneer applied to thin plywood.  The vinyl is applied directly to the aluminum and squeegeed out to adhere and remove any bubbles.  I trimmed along all exterior edges and wrapped around the slot that is cut for the cabin frame that transitions through it.

Jean-Paul...did you wrap around the edges of the aluminum or cut it off at the edge? Also what is the thickness of the vinyl? Thanks

Thanks for all the encouragement!  It might be a bit much for a rugged STOL type aircraft...but heck, this is where we get to add our personal touch.  I am going to try my hand at sewing the seats too, we will see how that goes.
