VG's made with a curved surface profile... to match the wing curved profile!
VG pattern is 60mm at the top and 30mm at the bottom with a 15mm top flange and 4mm bottom flange. Can use 0.020 or 0.025 6061... I found that the 0.025 holds the form better!
If the surface has a curve to it... you need the box with the curved surface to form the VG... very easy to make!
